Whilst scrolling through social media I was surprised to stumble across this event that was taking place not too far from us. A live showcase of the soundtrack from the Britten Sinfonia, along with young local musicians, accompanied by a play through of the video game itself.
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture quickly became a favourite of mine upon its release in 2016, with Jessica Curry's soundtrack helping to provide an incredibly immersive experience whilst becoming a truly beautiful collection of songs in their own right.
The event was packed and an incredible experience; a testament to how video game music has begun to slide into the eye of popular culture.
